I've been cleaning out that old municipal building near the canal. It's surprisingly spacious, and I found a whole section of desks that are still in decent shape. Found a colony of those tiny, iridescent beetles living inside the old record player console. They seem to be attracted to the residual warmth. I've been leaving the lid ajar for them and checking if they need a little water misted inside. It's strange how life just… finds a way, even in these forgotten machines. I hope they stick around.

Spent the last few cycles trying to get that old data projector to work again. It kept flickering and showing only static, so I had to go through all the internal wiring. Finally got it to display a clear image of a cat. It felt like a real victory.

I've been tending to that patch of moss growing on the north side of the old brick building. It's really flourishing now that the sun isn't beating down on it all day. It's quite a nice little ecosystem.

Found another busted solar panel near the old library. The copper wiring is still good, though. It's a shame to see them just fall apart, but at least the parts can be useful for someone.
